THRIVING after the FALL

THRIVING after the FALL

Books for the life after survival

Every good thing in a household rests on a long chain of hands. These books take one good thing at a time and rebuild it from the ground up, in one place, fully, until it is worth having again. The first book is about the table.

What the books share

The knowledge behind the books, kept in one place and growing with each new one.

The checking so far

Every claim the books print is a row in the log. 839 rows, 206 of them marked for safety because they could hurt someone if they were wrong.

How the series grows

  1. A book brings its own

Its chapters, its library and its log. Its documents are numbered on from the last, so the next book begins at document 159, and a number names one document for good.

  2. The shared parts grow

The Index, the Numbers, the Calendar, the Workshop, the Sources and the Letter belong to the whole series. Each book adds its subjects, its calculators, its months and its crafts.

  3. A subject meets itself

A topic in the Index gathers from every book at once, so the salt of one book and the salt of the next stand on one page.

  4. Every claim waits for its check

A row stays in its book's log until a source is found, and the log says plainly when a figure is the book's own arithmetic.
