Indirect Solar Dehydrator Guide

Its printed title: Design, Construction, and Thermal Kinetics of Indirect Solar Dehydrators for Food Preservation

Drying food in a solar cabinet that keeps the sun off the food, with the air warmed in a separate collector. It reads the air's drying power from the psychrometric chart, compares natural and fan-driven airflow, and tables drying heat by food, by its figures 35 to 43°C for herbs, 50 to 60°C for fruit and vegetables, and 71°C first for jerky. Its heat stores belong, by its own account, to commercial driers, and the jerky end point dropped out in extraction.
