Cream Separator Design Research

Its printed title: Comprehensive Textual Blueprints and Engineering Analysis for a Hand-Cranked Centrifugal Cream Separator

Workshop notes for a hand-cranked cream separator, from Stokes' law under spin to the conical discs nested in the bowl, with a table of disc counts, cone angles, gaps and speeds. It warms the milk to 40 to 55°C, which it says halves its thickness, then works through the stress on a spinning bowl and why its lock ring takes a left-hand thread. It writes for a machine shop with stainless steel and computer stress modelling, not a village smithy, and many formulas vanished in conversion.
