Berlin Herbal Infusion Guide

Its printed title: The Phytochemistry and Pharmacognosy of Herbal Infusions: A Comprehensive Guide to Foraging, Processing, and Formulation

Herbal teas from the wild plants of Berlin-Brandenburg. It sets out the German hand-bouquet rule, the ban on digging roots, protected areas such as the Spreewald and Schorfheide-Chorin, and the endangered status of wild garlic in Brandenburg, and warns of heavy metals near roads and fox tapeworm on low plants. Winter Scots pine needles, with a warning about yew, and rosehips supply vitamin C. The recommended brewing temperatures and vitamin figures vanished in conversion, and some health claims want checking.
